Youth Worker – RYIP

Short Description: 

Casual Youth Workers play a vital role in supporting the Tribal Connect Program by engaging with young people in Bourke during afterhours activities. They work alongside Youth Workers, Program Managers, cultural consultants, and volunteers to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment. 

Casuals assist with the delivery of wellbeing, cultural, education, and recreation activities, and help keep young people safe and connected after dark.

The Youth Worker will support the delivery of the Tribal Connect Program, engaging young people in Bourke through afterhours diversion, wellbeing, education, and cultural activities. 

Working closely with the program lead, casuals, cultural consultants, volunteers, and community partners. The Youth Worker will create a safe and supportive environment for youth to connect, thrive, and build positive futures.

Office Manager

Location: Bourke 

Position Type: Full-time

Short Description: 

The Office Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Maranguka Hub offices. This includes leading and coordinating administrative support, managing facilities and assets, overseeing WHS and quality processes, and providing high-level support to the Executive and service delivery teams. 

The Office Manager ensures the Hub is presented professionally at all times, facilitates smooth program delivery, and maintains strong systems of governance, risk, and compliance.
